Turkey’s Have Giblets in the Neck Hole

our first ever turkey - stuffed in the hole with sage and onions turkey lovin' in the oven....minutes later we frantically pulled it out to remove the bag of giblets we'd apparently missed
aforementioned bag of giblets or the "secret present in the neck hole" as we liked to call it the spread with the fam charles getting artsy fartsy with the mashed potatoes
plate, wine and good 'ole sweet tea. pretty good for our first time preparing the entire meal, eh? the pumpkin cheesecake was a hit. i was just glad the thing didn't topple over when i took off the springform thingy the hosts with full bellies
